As an employee, you are entitled to: (1) Minimum wages as per government notification, (2) Timely payment of salary, (3) Safe working conditions, (4) PF and ESI contributions from employer, (5) Weekly holidays and paid leaves, (6) Maternity/paternity benefits, (7) Prevention of sexual harassment (POSH), (8) Gratuity after 5 years, (9) Equal pay for equal work regardless of gender, (10) No forced labor or bonded labor.
