Delay in Possession by Builder

If a builder fails to deliver your flat on time, you have the right to either withdraw from the project and get a full refund with interest, or continue and get compensation for the delay.

• Builder promised flat by 2023 but has not delivered by 2025. Buyer can file RERA complaint for refund with interest.

If the promoter fails to complete or is unable to give possession of an apartment, the allottee shall be entitled to receive a refund of amount paid along with interest.
