Murder

If someone intentionally kills another person or causes injuries that lead to death, it is considered murder under this section.

• A intentionally shoots B with the intent to kill him. A is guilty of murder.

Whoever causes death of any person, intending to cause such death, or intending to cause such bodily injury as is likely to cause death, shall be punished for murder.
