Understanding the issue
You have the right to speak freely, protest peacefully, form groups, travel anywhere in India, live anywhere, and choose any profession. These rights have reasonable restrictions.
Punishment
Restrictions only by law for public order, security, sovereignty
Examples
- A can protest peacefully against a government policy. Police cannot stop a lawful peaceful protest.
