मुक़दमे के दौरान भरण-पोषण (Maintenance Pendente Lite)

तलाक या किसी दूसरी अदालती कार्यवाही के दौरान अगर पति या पत्नी में से किसी की आय नहीं है, तो अदालत दूसरे को रहने के ख़र्च और कानूनी ख़र्च देने का आदेश दे सकती है।

• पत्नी के पास नौकरी नहीं है और वह तलाक का केस लड़ रही है। वह केस के दौरान अदालत से भरण-पोषण मांग सकती है।

Where in any proceeding, it appears that either the wife or the husband has no independent income sufficient for support, the court may order the respondent to pay maintenance.
