धोखाधड़ी

झूठ या झूठे वादों से किसी को धोखा देकर उसका पैसा या संपत्ति लेना धोखाधड़ी है।

• A असली सोना बताकर B को नकली सोने की अंगूठी बेचता है। A धोखाधड़ी करता है।

Whoever, by deceiving any person, induces the person so deceived to deliver any property or to consent that any person shall retain any property, is said to cheat.
